Proizvodnja \u010dokolade u ovoj tvornici temelji se na na\u010delima zdrave organske prehrane. Zanimljivosti o samoj tvornici i na\u010dinu dopremanja sirovina za proizvodnju mogli smo vidjeti i u uvodnom filmu na po\u010detku \u010dokoladne ture. Organski uzgojen kakaovac nabavlja se na manjim obiteljskim gospodarstvima u Ju\u017enoj Americi, Kongu, Peruu, Indiji, na Madagaskaru. Sama obitelj Zotter \u010desto odlazi po sirovine i provjerava kvalitetu i mjesta gdje se uzgaja potrebna i glavna sirovina za proizvodnju \u010dokolade.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">U tvornici <strong>Zotter<\/strong> proizvodi se vi\u0161e od 300 razli\u010ditih \u010dokoladnih proizvoda, a jedina je tvornica u Europi koja proizvodi \u010dokoladu od zrna kakaovca do gotovog proizvoda. \u010cokolada je posebno ukusna i njezinoj se proizvodnji posve\u0107uje izuzetna pozornost.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Nakon kratkog uvodnog filma krenuli smo u obilazak tvornice. Svaki posjetitelj dobio je elektronski vodi\u010d sa slu\u0161alicama i \u017elicu, te smo obilazili postaje na kojima smo imali priliku ku\u0161ati razli\u010dite vrste \u010dokoladnih smjesa. Na izlazu je \u010dokoladni bar gdje su u\u010denici imali priliku sami napraviti toplu \u010dokoladu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Po izlazu iz tvornice posjetitelji mogu obi\u0107i ZOO s doma\u0107im \u017eivotinjama i pro\u0161etati. Tu se nalazi tzv. \u201egroblje \u010dokolade\u201c. Spomenici su u obliku \u010dokolade, a na njima pi\u0161e vrsta \u010dokolade i godina od kad do kad je bila u proizvodnji. To su neke od vrsta \u010dokolada koje nisu bile toliko uspje\u0161ne te su iz nekog razloga povu\u010dene iz proizvodnje (npr. \u010dokolada sa slaninom ili ke\u010dapom, \u010dokolada sa senfom i mnoge druge neobi\u010dne kombinacije).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Nakon razgleda tvornice posjetili smo <strong>Graz<\/strong>, gdje smo obi\u0161li najzna\u010dajnije znamenitosti: zgradu Opere, glavni gradski trg, Gradsku vije\u0107nicu, Glockenspiel, Schlossberg, katedralu, otok na Muri.
