I danas se ve\u0107inom u Engleskoj organiziraju doga\u0111anja povodom ovoga dana, ali s vremenom su tradiciju obilje\u017eavanja Dana jabuka i u svijetu prihvatile brojne \u0161kole, restorani i organizacije predstavljaju\u0107i tako va\u017enost jabuke u zdravlju i prehrani ljudi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Tako su u\u010denici na\u0161e \u0161kole izradili prigodne plakate u u\u010dionici, pano u holu \u0161kole te prezentacije za nastavu na temu \u201eDan jabuka\u201c. Bili su vrlo kreativni te su jabuku povezivali su glazbom, knji\u017eevno\u0161\u0107u, likovnom umjetnosti, religijom i literarnim stvarala\u0161tvom.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Kako bi prikazali vrste jabuka, u\u010denici na\u0161e \u0161kole donijeli su nekoliko vrsta jabuka koje su izlo\u017eili u holu \u0161kole u ko\u0161ari.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ss-ekonomsko-birotehnicka-sb.skole.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/790\/2025\/10\/Dan-jabuka.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"800\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-305796 aligncenter size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ss-ekonomsko-birotehnicka-sb.skole.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/790\/2025\/10\/Dan-jabuka.jpg 600w, https:\/\/ss-ekonomsko-birotehnicka-sb.skole.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/790\/2025\/10\/Dan-jabuka-480x640.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 600px, 100vw\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Danas u svijetu postoji vi\u0161e od 10 000 sorta jabuka. Jabuka pripada porodici ru\u017ea (Rosaceae), a stablo pitome jabuke potje\u010de iz ju\u017enoga Sibira te srednje Azije i isto\u010dne Europe odakle se pro\u0161irilo po cijelome svijetu. Stablo jabuke najvi\u0161e je kultivirano stablo na svijetu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Poznate su sljede\u0107e sorte jabuka: gala, golden delicious, red delicious, Granny Smith, jonagold, idared, fud\u017ei itd.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Osim o tome kakvih vrsta jabuka ima, u\u010denici su mogli istra\u017eiti i prepoznati nutritivne vrijednosti jabuka. Tako su izme\u0111u ostalog kao primjer donijeli kola\u010de od jabuka kako bi se zasladili na satu. Na taj na\u010din su u\u010dili sastojke za pripremu kola\u010da kao i nutritivne vrijednosti jabuka.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Za jabuku se ka\u017ee da je kraljica vo\u0107a. Poznato je da se svakodnevnim konzumiranjem jabuka mo\u017ee sprije\u010diti pojava mnogih zdravstvenih pote\u0161ko\u0107a i oboljenja. Bogata je vitaminima C, A, E, K i B, mineralima (kalij, magnezij, fosfor, \u017eeljezo). Sadr\u017ei mlije\u010dnu, limunsku i jabu\u010dnu kiseline koje poma\u017eu u procesu probave. Bogata je vlaknastim tvarima (celuloza, pektin, lignin) i sadr\u017ei 20 % dnevne preporu\u010dene koli\u010dine vlakana. Zahvaljuju\u0107i velikomu udjelu ugljikohidrata, posebno fruktozi i glukozi, opskrbljuje organizam energijom te spre\u010dava umor i gubitak koncentracije.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Vrlo je va\u017eno da u\u010denicima omogu\u0107imo i potaknemo ih na obilje\u017eavanje upravo ovakvih dana jer na taj na\u010din pribli\u017eavamo im pravilnu prehrani i zdravlje iz vlastitog vrta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">U\u010denje o prehrani i za\u0161titi pojedinih biljnih vrsta ima kao rezultat bolju budu\u0107nost za sve nas \u2013 na\u0161 opstanak na planetu Zemlji.
