Povezuju ljude, omogu\u0107uju brzo dijeljenje informacija, nude zabavu, prostor za u\u010denje i izra\u017eavanje. No, istovremeno, njihov dizajn \u010desto je usmjeren na zadr\u017eavanje na\u0161e pa\u017enje \u0161to dulje. Upravo tu dolazimo do klju\u010dnog pitanja-za\u0161to ne mo\u017eemo prestati <em>skrolati<\/em>?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Svaki puta kada dobijemo notifikaciju, lajk, komentar ili poruku, na\u0161 mozak to percipira kao potkrepljenje, odnosno nagradu, koja nas motivira da nastavimo <em>skrolati<\/em>. Sli\u010dno pozadinsko obja\u0161njenje ponudila su dva autora, Nir Eyal, autor knjige Hooked: How to build habit -forming products te B.F. Skinner, ameri\u010dki psiholog.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ss-ekonomsko-birotehnicka-sb.skole.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/790\/2025\/12\/ChatGPT-Image-18.-pro-2025.-09_21_04-1024x683.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-307374 aligncenter size-large\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ss-ekonomsko-birotehnicka-sb.skole.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/790\/2025\/12\/ChatGPT-Image-18.-pro-2025.-09_21_04-980x653.jpg 980w, https:\/\/ss-ekonomsko-birotehnicka-sb.skole.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/790\/2025\/12\/ChatGPT-Image-18.-pro-2025.-09_21_04-480x320.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Eyal u svojoj knjizi prikazuje Hook model i obja\u0161njava za\u0161to i kako odre\u0111eni proizvodi (poput aplikacija i dru\u0161tvenih mre\u017ea) postaju navika. Model se sastoji od nekoliko faza:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><strong>Okida\u010d ili trigger<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">To je unutarnji poticaj (na primjer dosada) ili vanjski poticaj (na primjer notifikacija) koji pokre\u0107e na\u0161e pona\u0161anje.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\" style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><strong>Radnja<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Najjednostavnija mogu\u0107a aktivnost koja vodi prema nagradi (otvaranje aplikacije ili <em>skrolanje<\/em>).<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\" style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><strong>Varijabilnost nagrade<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Nagrada nije uvijek ista niti predvidiva. Ona dolazi u vidu novog lajka, neke zanimljive objave ili videa na koji nai\u0111emo. Upravo ta neizvjesnost poti\u010de lu\u010denje dopamina i tjera nas da nastavimo <em>skrolati<\/em>.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\" style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><strong>Ulaganje<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Korisnik ula\u017ee svoje vrijeme, pa\u017enju i emocije. \u0160to vi\u0161e ula\u017eemo, to nam je te\u017ee prestati koristiti aplikaciju jer imamo osje\u0107aj osobne uklju\u010denosti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Skinnerova teorija operantnog uvjetovanja nudi sli\u010dno obja\u0161njenje. B.F. Skinner, proslavljeni ameri\u010dki psiholog, razvio je <strong>teoriju operantnog uvjetovanja<\/strong> koja obja\u0161njava kako se pona\u0161anja mijenjaju na temelju posljedica. Prema Skinneru, potkrepljenje pove\u0107ava vjerojatnost nekog pona\u0161anja, a kazna je smanjuje. Klju\u010d nije samo u nagradi\/potkrepljenju, nego u na\u010dinu na koji se nagrada pojavljuje. Kod dru\u0161tvenih mre\u017ea koristi se ve\u0107 spomenuto <em>varijabilno nagra\u0111ivanje<\/em>, koje je Skinner smatrao najja\u010dim oblikom u\u010denja navike. Drugim rije\u010dima, ne <em>skrolamo<\/em> zato \u0161to je ba\u0161 svaki sadr\u017eaj dobar, nego zato \u0161to je povremeno dobar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Zaklju\u010dno, dru\u0161tvene mre\u017ee nisu lo\u0161e same po sebi. One mogu biti koristan alat za povezivanje, u\u010denje i inspiraciju, ali samo ako mi upravljamo njima. Kada postavimo granice, biramo sadr\u017eaj koji konzumiramo i njegovu koli\u010dinu. Kontrola nije u raznim aplikacijama ve\u0107 u <strong>na\u0161im navikama<\/strong>.
